●   Are there any one-on-one personnel issues in your organization?
        ○   Two managers who don't get along.
        ○   An employee and their direct manager, who don't get along.
●   Do you have an employee who is just not fitting in for some reason?  

●   Are there any ongoing contractual issues between your organization and a customer?
●   Are there any ongoing contractual issues between your organization and a supplier?  

●   Is your sales department not on the same page as your warehouse department?  

●   Do you have an employee who is not working out as needed, you don't want to let the employee go, but you need to make a change that is best both for the organization and the employee.
